Hackalize is a digital platform that offers analysis, insights and digital product improvement tools, based on data provided by the user and the use of automated systems.

The service may evolve, modify or expand over time.

To use certain Hackalize functionalities, it is necessary to create a user account.

The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
• Not share their account with third parties

Hackalize reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

The user undertakes to use Hackalize lawfully and in good faith.

Use of the service does not grant the user any exploitation rights over such elements, except as strictly necessary for the use of the platform.

The user retains ownership of the data and content they enter into Hackalize.

By using the service, the user grants Hackalize a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to:

• Process the data in order to provide the service
• Generate analyses, metrics and insights
• Improve product operation in aggregate form

Hackalize will not use user data for purposes other than those described in its Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Hackalize is provided "as is" and as available.

Hackalize does not guarantee:

• Specific results derived from the use of the service
• The total absence of errors
• Uninterrupted platform availability

To the extent permitted by law, Hackalize will not be liable for:

• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
• Decisions made by the user based on the insights provided
• Data losses attributable to causes beyond the reasonable control of the service

Hackalize may suspend or cancel access to the service:

• For improper or abusive use of the platform

The user may cancel their account at any time in accordance with the procedures available on the platform.
