2. Service description
Hackalize is a digital platform that offers analysis, insights and digital product improvement tools, based on data provided by the user and the use of automated systems.
The service may evolve, modify or expand over time.
3. Access and registration
To use certain Hackalize functionalities, it is necessary to create a user account.
The user undertakes to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
- Not share their account with third parties
Hackalize reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
4. Appropriate use of the platform
The user undertakes to use Hackalize lawfully and in good faith.
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Introducing content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
- Altering, damaging or interfering with the operation of the platform
- Using Hackalize to extract data in bulk or automated form without permission
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, designs, texts, software and elements that are part of Hackalize are owned by Arcenith or third-party licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Use of the service does not grant the user any exploitation rights over such elements, except as strictly necessary for the use of the platform.
6. User content and data
The user retains ownership of the data and content they enter into Hackalize.
By using the service, the user grants Hackalize a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to:
- Process the data in order to provide the service
- Generate analyses, metrics and insights
- Improve product operation in aggregate form
Hackalize will not use user data for purposes other than those described in its Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Hackalize is provided "as is" and as available.
Hackalize does not guarantee:
- Specific results derived from the use of the service
- The total absence of errors
- Uninterrupted platform availability
To the extent permitted by law, Hackalize will not be liable for:
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
- Decisions made by the user based on the insights provided
- Data losses attributable to causes beyond the reasonable control of the service
8. Service suspension and cancellation
Hackalize may suspend or cancel access to the service:
- In case of non-compliance with these terms
- For security reasons
- For improper or abusive use of the platform
The user may cancel their account at any time in accordance with the procedures available on the platform.

Hackalize reserves the right to modify:
- The service content
- Available functionalities
- These Terms and Conditions
When changes are relevant, users will be informed appropriately.

Hackalize may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Hackalize is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to or use of the service, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Granada, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
